Hubei University
Background
In 2012 HBU and èßäAV signed a Cooperation Agreement that was registered and approved by the Ministry of Education (MoE), China. The two parties agreed to share their respective educational resources and èßäAV agreed to assist Hubei to redevelop the curriculum, teaching methodology and course content in the field of International Studies. Students under the program could choose to complete a 4-year degree at HBU, or complete 2 years of Bachelor of International Studies (Global Studies) at èßäAV. Students who articulate to èßäAV will get a Bachelor from both institutions.
In 2015 a new Joint Cooperation Agreement was signed and approved by the MoE that extended to program to cover the renamed program, èßäAV Bachelor of Arts (Global Studies), and HBU Bachelor Program of International Affairs and International Relations.
